How long does setup take?
Typically 3–5 business days from payment. DNS propagation is the main variable. We'll guide you through every step and confirm when your domain is live.
Can I resell to multiple clients under one agency licence?
Yes. One agency licence supports unlimited client organisations. Each client organisation is billed at the wholesale rate based on your total location count across all clients.
What do my clients see?
Your clients see only your brand — your domain, your logo, your colour scheme. ProfilePilot is completely invisible. Even the login screen, email notifications, and help pages carry your branding.
Can I set my own retail prices?
Absolutely. You purchase at wholesale rates and charge your clients whatever retail price you choose. Your billing relationship with your clients is entirely yours to manage.
Is the $499 setup fee a recurring charge?
No. The $499 is a one-time setup fee covering DNS configuration, Firebase Hosting deployment, SSL certificate, and team training. After that, you pay only the $199/month base licence + wholesale location rates.
What if I need a second custom domain?
Additional custom domains (for holding companies or multi-brand agencies) are $50/month each. Contact us to add more domains to your licence.
