How long does setup take?
Typically 3–5 business days from payment. DNS propagation is the main variable. We guide you through every step and confirm when your portal domain is live.
Can I resell to multiple clients under one agency licence?
Yes. One agency licence supports unlimited client organisations. Wholesale is billed on your total unique storefronts across all clients (not per channel listing), at the matching Starter–Enterprise tier.
What do my clients see?
Clients sign in on your portal domain and see your logo and colours in the dashboard. Outbound email and PDFs can carry your branding. They do not see ProfilePilot pricing or self-serve checkout. Help Centre and the public marketing site remain ProfilePilot-branded.
Can I set my own retail prices?
Yes. You purchase at wholesale and invoice your clients at whatever retail you choose. Your billing relationship with clients is entirely yours — ProfilePilot invoices the agency only.
Is the setup fee a recurring charge?
No. Setup is a one-time fee covering portal DNS configuration, hosting deployment, SSL, and team training. After that you pay a monthly base licence plus wholesale storefront rates. The figures are in the pricing section on this page.
What if I need a second custom domain?
Additional portal domains (for holding companies or multi-brand agencies) are $50/month each. Contact partnerships to add domains to your licence.
