Agency Partner programme: help index

ProfilePilot's Agency Partner programme is a wholesale reseller model: your agency gets a white-label portal (login + dashboard), manages client organisations, and pays ProfilePilot a base licence plus a per unique storefront wholesale rate.

Agency staff work in /dashboard/agency and switch into client orgs from the shared dashboard header client switcher — not from a duplicate picker on every agency page.

White-label covers portal + email/PDF branding. Agencies do not get a public marketing website; SiteHeader/SiteFooter stay ProfilePilot-branded on profilepilotapp.com.

Empty client scope means access to all clients managed by your agency. A non-empty scope limits staff to listed client orgs only.
