Business Hours & Holidays: Configure business hours/public holidays used for response-time SLAs; set executive report sample size and cache TTL; toggle narrative add-on and promo banner.
Account Sync Scope: Include/exclude Google accounts for sync; load full account list (ignore scope) for diagnostics.
Data Ops & Repairs: Trigger full data sync; incremental or backfill for reviews and questions; membership repair; dedupe diagnostics; account/location canonicalization (dry-run + live) and backup; attach locations to org; account sync scope updates.
Invites & Access: Create staff/admin invites with tokens; view pending/accepted invites.
Leads Table: View latest inbound leads with source/UTM and audit score (limit 50).
Short Links Manager: Create/manage short links used for review recovery and perks flows.
Review Templates Manager: Manage reusable review reply templates.
Pricing Manager: Administer pricing plans (codes, descriptions, prices).
Feedback Management: Use Admin > Feedback to triage suggestions with multi-status filtering, color-coded statuses, and active-first ordering (completed/rejected are pushed to the bottom).
API Health Checks: View third-party token/health status (Google/Meta/etc).
Location Audit Button: Quick access to run the location audit tool.
